About Astrea…
I’m a 45-year old cat mom in Ohio and the author of Air Magic and Intuitive Witchcraft.
When I was younger, I identified as an empath because I was sensitive to energy, I had psychic experiences, and I had soul-deep connections with my friends.
However, I was also ungrounded, easily drained of energy, and confused about my purpose in life.
My life changed completely when I broke the mental patterns that were keeping me stuck. I was able to reboot my mindset with thoughts that actually helped me instead of ones that held me back.
With this new mindset, I made beneficial changes toward my vision of an ideal life. I would love to help you do the same.

Yes! It’s completely normal to feel confused about one’s life purpose and goals. In our session, we’ll evaluate your values and desires to create a vision of what you want your life to be. I’ll support you with helpful suggestions to change any negative thought patterns. I’ll also provide accountability to make sure the changes you make have lasting power.

Longer-term mentoring is so great because it gives you more accountability. I will be offering those sessions soon on a limited basis for the people I’ve seen before.
